Our company Eventtransferservice^AT was a proud participant and one of the major transportation bus companies offering bus service with driver during the world youth days in Kraków. Together with our fine selection of reliable local bus transportation companies we were able to help our guests, youth groups, pilgrimage groups and tourist guests to participate in and move around the venues of the world youth days 2016. Please find a list of the services we provided below. We are very much looking forward to both the next event in Kraków but also the next WYD event anywhere in Europe.

• Airport shuttle service: The event venue of the World Youth Days 2016 was mainly Kraków center. The closest airport to Kraków is Balice airport. To help international groups during their arrival in Poland, we organized airport assistants to pick up groups inside the arrival hall. After that, the airport assistant guided our groups through the arrival area to the parking lot, where their comfortable privately chartered bus with driver was already waiting for them. Depending on the arrival time and group size, either limousines, minibuses or several buses of sizes up to 70 PAX transported the groups to their hotels in the city or the outskirts of Kraków city. Of course, we also picked up groups from other airports, depending on the availability of direct flights. For instance, we organized pick ups with bus from Wroclaw, Varsovia, Gdansk or Poznan.
• Inner city transportation shuttle: A lot of masses took place outside the city or in remote areas. Thus, our buses picked up the groups punctually and transported them to the different venues. The inner city transfers with a bus with driver helped participants of the WYD safe themselves a lot of stress and time pressure. The bus reservation had to be made quite some time before the service since the population increased 4 times to usual size during the event.
• City to city shuttles: As the World Youth Days 2016 took place in summer time, a lot of groups used the opportunity to travel Poland by bus and get to know the country. Our bus service was the perfect complement to do this time efficiently and conveniently at reasonable prices. Often, we also transported the groups to other European destinations such like Vienna, Berlin, Paris or Brussels.
• Long distance coach transfer: Of course, guests came from all over the world, many of them for the first time ever to Europe. Thus, naturally, many decided to use the opportunity to continue from Poland on a multi-day trip through Europe, opting for a private bus reservation. For these groups, we offered comfortable and modern LDC coaches to take them through the different countries, such as for instance the Netherlands, Germany, Austria or Croatia.
